We purchased this dilapidated building with planning for a mixed used residential and commercial development. It was a tight space and we had the added challenge of having a local radio station broadcasting next door. We negotiated our noisy times around their schedule and installed soundproofing for them as soon as practical. It’s a shame I didn’t get any images of the residential units but they sold during the pandemic.
