Purchased from a probate sale in 2013 this was the first professional renovation project I’d undertaken as a ‘property developer’. The property was divided into bedsits, or HMO as they’re now called, and was in a very poor state of repair. We stripped it back to three walls and no roof and rebuilt it again as a beautiful family home.

The new owners were so pleased they invited me for the house warming party!
