Paintworks, E2

We took a former art supply shop, Paintworks, and converted it into a mixed use residential and commercial building. We knew the property had huge potential when we saw the carpark - Hackney Council does not like cars and will happily grant permission to build over the top of carparks. The award winning project is one I’m very proud of.
