Purchased in 2015 this was my first house to flats conversion and a very steep learning curve. I didn’t know about title splitting or the expense of connecting utilities to all the flats. And let’s not even talk about fire regs. Or maybe we should? Definitely. I learned a lot on this project and I’m incredibly proud with the end result.
